And Brahmā, the Lokādhipati Sahaṃpati, With hands in añjali, supplicated the Anadhivara; “Here, there are beings of little dust in their eyes, May You teach the Dharma, out of compassion for all beings.”

The Devatās of the Bhūmi, Mahārājika, Trāyastriṃśa, and Yāma Heavens, and the Devas of Tuṣita and Nirmāṇarati; The Parinimirtavaśavartins as well as the Brahmakāyikins, Having become delighted, cried out with voices of joy.

And so the earth together with the Devas, were illuminated, The dark inter-loka regions were revealed; The dense darkness was dispelled, And all saw this wondrous miracle.

And too, the Devatās of Ābhāsvara, Śubhakṛtsna, Bṛhatphala, and Akaniṣṭha; Clothed in garments white and well-purified, Stood together with hands in añjali.
𑀫𑀼𑀜𑁆𑀘𑀦𑁆𑀢𑀺 𑀧𑀼𑀧𑁆𑀧𑀁 𑀧𑀦 𑀧𑀜𑁆𑀘𑀯𑀡𑁆𑀡𑀺𑀓𑀁,

Indeed, they scattered puṣpas of the five colours, with maṇḍarāvas mixed with candanacūrṇa; They fluttered their cloths within the sky and said: “Oh! O Jina Lokahitānukampa!

𑀧𑀽𑀚𑀬𑀦𑁆𑀢𑀺 𑀦𑀭𑀸𑀲𑀪𑀁
The Devatās and the Devakanyās, Were serene and joyful in mind; With puṣpas of the five colours, They venerated the Nararṣabha.

“O Mahāvīra indeed, Your feet have the thousand spoked wheels; It has Dhvajas, Vajras, and Patākās too, Adorned with Varḍhamānas and Aṅkuśas.

In form, in śīla, and in samādhi, And within wisdom too, you are incomparable; You are unequalled in Your liberation, In Your turning of the Dharmacakra.

The strength of ten Nāga-Elephants, That is Your natural strength; You are unequalled in Your Ṛddhibala, In Your turning of the Dharmacakra.
𑀏𑀯𑀁 𑀲𑀩𑁆𑀩𑀕𑀼𑀡𑀽𑀧𑁂𑀢𑀁,

𑀮𑁄𑀓𑀦𑀸𑀣𑀁 𑀦𑀫𑀲𑁆𑀲𑀣
In this way are You endowed with all virtues, You are fully possessed in all Your features; To the Mahāmuni, the Karuṇika, May all pay homage to You the Lokanātha!
𑀅𑀪𑀺𑀯𑀸𑀤𑀦𑀁 𑀣𑁄𑀫𑀦𑀜𑁆𑀘,

𑀲𑀩𑁆𑀩𑀁 𑀅𑀭𑀳𑀲𑀻 𑀢𑀼𑀯𑀁
With salutation and praise, With veneration and glory; With homage and offerings, With all of these, You are deserving.
𑀬𑁂 𑀓𑁂𑀘𑀺 𑀮𑁄𑀓𑁂 𑀯𑀦𑁆𑀤𑀦𑁂𑀬𑁆𑀬𑀸,
𑀯𑀦𑁆𑀤𑀦𑀁 𑀅𑀭𑀳𑀦𑁆𑀢𑀺 𑀬𑁂;

𑀲𑀤𑀺𑀲𑁄 𑀢𑁂 𑀦 𑀯𑀺𑀚𑁆𑀚𑀢𑀺
If there were any beings in this world worthy of veneration, If there were any beings deserving of veneration; O Sarvaśreṣṭha Mahāvīra, There are none other comparable to You.”
𑀲𑀸𑀭𑀺𑀧𑀼𑀢𑁆𑀢𑁄 𑀫𑀳𑀸𑀧𑀜𑁆𑀜𑁄,
𑀲𑀫𑀸𑀥𑀺𑀚𑁆𑀛𑀸𑀦𑀓𑁄𑀯𑀺𑀤𑁄;

𑀧𑀲𑁆𑀲𑀢𑀺 𑀮𑁄𑀓𑀦𑀸𑀬𑀓𑀁
Then the Mahāprajña Śāriputra, skilled in samādhi and dhyāna; Standing atop Mt. Gṛdhrakūṭa itself, beheld the Lokanāyaka.
𑀲𑀼𑀨𑀼𑀮𑁆𑀮𑀁 𑀲𑀸𑀮𑀭𑀸𑀚𑀁𑀯,

𑀑𑀮𑁄𑀓𑁂𑀲𑀺 𑀦𑀭𑀸𑀲𑀪𑀁
He saw Him Who is like the Śālarāja Tree in full bloom, Like the moon within the sky; Like the midday sun above, He gazed upon the Nararṣabha.

𑀓𑀢𑀓𑀺𑀘𑁆𑀘𑀸𑀦 𑀢𑀸𑀤𑀺𑀦𑀁;

Those among the five-hundred bhikṣus, Those among the Tādins whose task is complete; Those among the Vimalānas whose āsravas have ceased, In that instant he caused them all to assemble.
𑀮𑁄𑀓𑀧𑁆𑀧𑀲𑀸𑀤𑀦𑀁 𑀦𑀸𑀫,
𑀧𑀸𑀝𑀺𑀳𑀻𑀭𑀁 𑀦𑀺𑀤𑀲𑁆𑀲𑀬𑀺;

He, the One called the Lokaprasādana, Has displayed a miracle; We too, when having gone there, Shall venerate the Jina.
𑀏𑀣 𑀲𑀩𑁆𑀩𑁂 𑀕𑀫𑀺𑀲𑁆𑀲𑀸𑀫,

𑀓𑀁𑀔𑀁 𑀯𑀺𑀦𑁄𑀤𑀬𑀺𑀲𑁆𑀲𑀸𑀫,
𑀧𑀲𑁆𑀲𑀺𑀢𑁆𑀯𑀸 𑀮𑁄𑀓𑀦𑀸𑀬𑀓𑀁
Come! For we shall go, And shall ask the Jina; We shall dispel our doubts, Having seen the Lokanāyaka!”
